Helping Heroes of America was founded by Chad Parenteau. Chad grew up in Swartz Creek, Michigan and joined the Marine Corps after he graduated high school. His service lasted from Jan 2000 to Jan 2004. After his time in the Marine Corps, he jumped from job to job without finding one that he was passionate about. About three years after the service, he found a charity that helped stop child abuse and domestic violence. There he found a passion to help others. Unfortunately, that charity has taken an absence from the cause for personal reasons.

Meanwhile Chad took his passion to help others and his love for the military to start Helping Heroes of America.
